Harlem Globetrotters 2015

Pack 97 will be down on the court pre-game serving as the flag detail for the Nation Anthem.

To participate in the flag detail all scouts must wear their Class A uniform, submit a signed waiver prior to the close of registration and arrive at the arena no later than 6:30pm.

Cost is $15/person with scouts and leaders covered by the Pack.

Hornet's Nest Cuboree - 2015

The annual Hornets Nest Cuboree will be held at Belk Scout Reservation on May 1st-3rd. We will to camp Friday night and Saturday night. Arrival on Friday is anytime after 6:00pm and we will break camp Sunday morning and depart by 10:30am. Dinner Friday night is not provided, however all other meals are included - with s'mores Friday night and a dutch oven dessert Saturday night.


Cub scouts will get the opportunity to participate in BB gun shooting, Archery, Skits and Songs, as well as learning about how things fly in our "Up, Up and Away!" themed event - and a bit of down time to drive the parents nuts.

Cost is $20 per sibling and adult. The pack will cover the costs for scouts and leaders. The $20 fee includes all meals on Saturday and Sunday breakfast and a Cuboree patch.

Note that we will be camping in our own tents. Please bring a tent, sleeping bag and pad or air mattress.

Calling all rising Webelos I’s and II’s.

Webelos Adventure Camp is designed to help in transitioning your boys from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts. Come and enjoy the adventure of a lifetime, while starting your “Arrow of Light” journey or finishing it if you are a rising Webelos II. This year's program will be unique in that it will introduce scouts and leaders alike to the new Cub Scout advancement program. And of course there will will be many scout favorites such as fishing, gaga ball and the climbing tower.

We will begin collecting the registration information at den meetings. Registration will close Friday, March 27th.

  1. A completed Annual BSA Health and Medical Record - Parts A and B
  2. A photo copy of the front and back of your Medical Identification Card
  3. A payment of $150 per scout Click to register
  4. T-shirt size. Note that all sizes are ADULT.

To register your scout, you MUST complete the online registration and turn in the following by Friday, March 27th to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it our Summer Day Camp Coordinator:

  1. Day Camp Registration Form - for each camper, pixie or adult volunteer.
  2. A completed Annual BSA Health and Medical Record - Parts A and B.
  3. A photo copy of the front and back of your Medical Identification Card.
  4. A payment of $125 per scout. Click to register.

Please visit the Summer Day Camp website for all the necessary registration forms.

Volunteers are still needed to serve on Summer Day Camp Staff. We are allowed only 4 camper slots for each full week adult volunteer from our Pack.One full-time adult volunteer is preferred to multiple part-time adult volunteers to ensure consistently staffed positions for the entire week of camp.  Multiple part-time volunteers will be considered equal to a full-time volunteer only when their collective volunteer day(s) cover the entire week of camp.Therefore is you cannot serve for the full week, there is still need for your skills. For your service, the district will deduct $20 from your registration costs!
